• Does not start or respond to commands.
  • Disconnects from the iRobot Home App.
  • Doesn’t clean large areas or stops cleaning in the middle of the cycle.
  • Displays error messages or unusual light patterns.
  • Put your Roomba back onto its Home Base.
  • Press and hold the “Clean” button for about 20 seconds.
  • Wait for the light ring to flash or a sound to indicate.
  • Release the button, and the reboot is done.,
  • Go to the iRobot Home App on your smartphone.
  • Then tap on Settings > Remove/Factory Reset.
  • When asked, confirm that you want to do the reset.
  • And wait for the robot to restart.
  • Let your Roomba stay on the dock and connected to Wi-Fi.
  • Go to the app and see if there are any notifications regarding firmware version updates.
  • Let the robot do the update automatically.
